September 12th doors open at 12:30pm/ games 1p-5p 7th grade and up

• Short-sided games will be 10 minute running clock 2s and 3s , non-shooting fouls 1 point, shooting fouls 2 or 3 points, no free throws
  
• Recommended team size is 5 players
• Hockey subs on defense on the fly
