Strength & Conditioning for Gold/Silver Package

The strength & conditioning clinic is designed to focus on the flexibility, strength and core muscles that are under used while at the same time improving coordination and balance. The program that will focus on core strength as well as fast twitch exercises and plyometrics. 

60 minute sessions are held Mondays 500-600p
